Andrzej Niepolomski, CEO
Andrzej is Xemtec’s CEO since January 2002. From 1981 to 1997 he worked for Landis & Gyr, Zug, in various management positions. He headed the R&D department of the Energy Management Division. In 1998, Andrzej joined Itron Inc, Spokane, USA, the world leader in automatic meter reading solutions, in the capacity of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He was responsible for the restructuring of the international engineering organization, and for the design of the global Next Generation system architecture and product portfolio.

Claude Wieland, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Claude joined Xemtec in January 2002 as Vice President Marketing and Sales. Prior to Xemtec, Claude worked for two years as an independent Marketing and Business Development consultant for the Swiss Centre for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He has a wealth of experience in international Marketing, Sales and Business Development of industrial products. He held several managerial positions at Landis & Gyr between 1989 and 1996 with assignments in Switzerland, Australia and Asia.

Hans-Jörg Bärtschi, CFO
Hans-Jörg joined Xemtec as Chief Financial Officer in August 2002.
In 1999, he founded b-capital, a business consulting company in Baar, canton Zug. He is acting as an independent consultant and advisor, primarily in financial corporate and strategic matters. Prior to starting his own business he had worked in several large international companies as Chief Financial Officer. He is a Board Member and investor in several international companies.

Olivier Mogenot, Head of Engineering
Olivier joined Xemtec in April 2006 as Head of Engineering. He is a software engineer and has been working in the information technology and electronics domains for 25 years. During his career, Olivier has been part of many worldwide industrial and commercial projects in Europe and in the United States in various area such as real time process communication, digital information treatment and information management.

Andreas Hug, Supply Chain Manager
Andreas joined Xemtec in March 2008 as Supply Chain Manager. He worked in various functions and positions in international companies. He is experienced in managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. Before joining Xemtec, Andreas worked for Pilatus Aircraft in strategic procurement where he also trained buyers in supply risk management.
